Pay ranges from $58,000 to $110,000 (DOE/DOP)

Responsibilities of a Benefits Specialist :
Our Specialists will be providing solutions to our customer bases through company-provided leads. These interactions will take place over the phone in an office setting with clients who have already been screened by our customer service team. A good agent must be adaptable to meet the needs of the client and provide a solution to supply them with the health coverage they need.
An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable and people-oriented. The candidate must also be a self-starter and work in a sitting or standing position for long periods of time. The candidate must also be able to work with little to no supervision. You must also be able to handle a large volume of calls and hold conversations with our customer base for long periods of time.
This position is perfect for someone who has had previous account management, sales, account executive, or insurance agent experience. Sales representatives or sales executives would also be a good fit for this role as well.
