This property had such a fascinating story! My clients were instantly captivated the moment they stepped inside. Sadly, we had another cash offer that the seller preferred. I made sure to check in with the listing agent every day to keep an eye on the transaction. I kept reminding her that we could close quickly just as a cash offer. What are the chances of the cash offer not going through? Even with a 1% chance, it was enough to keep me on my toes, knowing how much my client adored the property. They finally dropped out of escrow, and from then on, my team and I pushed hard to reach this goal. #ипотека
