Obstacles are inevitable. We should expect it. There's no true success without some resistance.
Obstacles help build your mindset. They sharpen your skillset. They increase your conviction and belief.
Therefore, let this year be one where you build your RESILIENCE
I shared with the team yesterday, resilience is demonstrated by individuals who experience disappointment, defeat, and setbacks but still manage to stand up, fight back and affirm to themselves, "I got this"
