As we move through the United Way of Southern Nevada "Give Day Your Way" campaign, I'm reminded of how much good can happen when a community comes together around a shared purpose.

Every day, United Way of Southern Nevada helps connect individuals and families with resources that provide stability, opportunity, and hope. Whether it's supporting education, financial well-being, or assistance during difficult seasons of life, their work strengthens the fabric of our community.

That's one of the reasons I'm proud to support this campaign and the mission of United Way. Strong communities aren't built by one organization or one person. They're built by all of us working together.

I'm proud to support the upcoming United Way of Southern Nevada "Give Day Your Way" Campaign which runs from September 23 through October 30 in partnership with Thrivent.

United Way of Southern Nevada does incredible work throughout our community, helping individuals and families access resources that create greater financial stability, educational opportunities, and support during times of crisis. Their impact can be felt across the Las Vegas Valley through programs that strengthen lives and build a stronger community for all of us.

Because I'm especially passionate about this organization's mission, I chose to serve on the Planned Giving Committee, where we focus on helping UWSN integrate sustainable funding strategies that will support United Way's mission not just today, but for decades to come. Thoughtful charitable planning allows donors to make a lasting difference and helps ensure these critical community programs remain available for future generations.

I'm also grateful that Thrivent will be matching eligible gifts during this campaign, helping every dollar go even further.
