How to handle it when you "must" call someone back. First, don't be in a position to have to call people back - Watch my sales training videos. If you must call a prospect back to get the sale then call them sooner rather than later. Giving someone multiple days to allow them time isn't going to help you close the sale. You need to strike while the iron is hot! If they ask for a callback tomorrow, offer to call them later today - like right before you leave for the day. Or better yet, call them in an hour. More time equals lower chance!
