Dear Aggies, we hear you. We know this semester hasn’t gone as smoothly as it should have.

We recognize that delays with financial aid, loan payments, tuition discounts, and refunds have created frustration and uncertainty for many of our students. We own that.

Our Financial Aid & Scholarship Services team is working hard to get things back on track and process student accounts as quickly as possible. We know that behind every account is a student who is trying to pay tuition, cover expenses, and simply get through the start of the semester and we don’t take that lightly.

While we work through these issues, we’ll continue communicating with you, answering your questions, and providing updates when we have them.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make this right. We’re committed to getting you the answers and assistance you need. ❤️

Here's the short version: your loan isn't disappearing, it may just be prorated based on your credit hours.

This may affect you if you're enrolled:
✅ Half-time
✅ Three-quarter time
✅ Less than full-time
