Let’s have a warm welcome for our newest employee, Michaela Gonzalez! Michaela is not “new” to the agency or the BFI family. She is Karen’s daughter, and Mary Ann’s granddaughter. We introduced her to insurance over 20 years ago (see photos below) and she has finally decided to join the family business! Only now she can reach the computer keyboard and the files….

We work hard for our clients! And, we play hard in our off time. What a blessing it is to have that balance in our lives! I spent a great Memorial Day Weekend with family and friends staying and playing on Clearwater Beach making memories and building lifelong relationships. As always with this gang, we had with more food, fun, laughter, fun and sun than we could imagine! I appreciate this group in my life so very much! (Including the ones who missed the group photo. Next year we get everyone!) Already looking forward to our next adventure! -Karen

We place a high value on giving back to the community that supports us and to paying it forward when we are able. Charlene recently participated in a golf tournament with proceeds benefitting Wheelchairs 4 Kids to provide necessary medical equipment to physically disabled children in need. Thank you Charlene!
