How to build wealth with your credit in 5 steps using real estate.

First: Get 5 of your closest friends together and fix their credit. Make them fundable.

Second: Everyone go and apply for credit cards that offer 0% interest for 12 months. Everyone can get at least 10k in credit line with good credit. Now that’s 5x10k = 50k

Third: Look for a distress property under 100k. Find a Hardmoney lender. Most lenders want you to have at least 10- 20% down payment. They will finance the rehab 100%.

100k x .20= 20k
50k - 20k = 30k in reserves

Forth: now all 5 friends do all the non specialty work at the property. Demo - landscaping- painting- ect...

Fifth: find a bank that will refinance @ 4%. Or place the property up for sell.

With all above you did not have one dollar out of your pocket.
