The most rewarding thing as a business owner is to see your team accomplishing goals they didn’t believe they could reach, take up on difficult tasks, goals and deadlines and prove themselves that they can in fact do anything they set their minds to! To see first hand how the desires of their hearts unfold right before my eyes is something I pray I will never take for granted. 🥺 I’m so grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to lead others and I pray he always gives me the wisdom to do so. Many believe i might be the cute, bubbly, fun boss. 🤭Although most of it is true, I’m also the one that gets right to business lol I will call you out, push you to your limits and most prob won’t tell you what you want to hear because in my watch failure is not an option.
