INTERNET DOWN 🚫🌐

MOST OF SPECTRUM USERS ARE EXPERIENCING INTERNET OUTAGE

The issue appears widespread and affects multiple areas across the city, including most of our City of Laredo facilities. We are in contact with the service provider but currently don’t have an estimated time for resolution. Various services may not be available at the moment such as online payments. We will update the community as soon as services are available.

Why use an Insurance Broker vs a Captive agent??🧐

Insurance Brokers are contracted directly with multiple insurance companies. Therefore we can truly shop the market for a plan that best fits your needs and budget.
Our services are 100% FREE to you. We do NOT charge you a fee to run quotes. We represent our clients and their best interest.
Brokers are your own personal concierge throughout the life of your policy.

Captive agents can only offer you a couple of plans that are offered by the exact same company. On average their plans are a minimum of 25% higher on monthly premiums🤦‍♀️

Most captive agents also like to encourage their clients to lie on applications just to get them approved so they can make a quick buck. I have personally witnessed this many times.
It always comes back and effects the client in a negative way. Why?? Because they will deny any claims you submit.

When shopping for health coverage, I highly recommend using a Broker. But if you choose a Captive Agent, please do research on their company.

I truly care about my clients and take customer service to the next level.
I fight claims on your behalf and re-negotiate any bills you may have.
