What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones, emails, and faxes
• Greet clients and assist with service needs
• Perform computer data entry
• Communicate with insurance carriers
• Support the team with daily office tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and professional communication
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Must obtain a Property & Casualty license within 1 year of starting (we can help!)
