Thanks to all Housing Trust Fund team members, board members, developers, and partners who participated and helped spread the word on the good work around housing happening here in Ingham County!

Today we are moving another senior from homelessness to housing.

With this placement, 8 seniors have transitioned to from homeless to stable housing in the month of February across our housing continuum through the Senior Stability Program. Not including the seniors that transitioned from homelessnes to Harbor House.

This impact is made possible through strong community partnership. Grateful for the partnership and support from Lansing Housing Commission, Ingham County Housing Trust Fund, United Way for Southeastern Michigan and the City of Lansing, HRCS. These partnerships create real pathways to stability for vulnerable seniors in our community.

Stability isn’t accidental it’s built!
