Today's arbitrary and capricious decision rejecting the addition of autism to the list of qualifying conditions by the Director of LARA ignoring the recommendation of his own panel points out the need for continued vigilance. This decision is a travesty for Michigan families dealing the effects of autism on a daily basis.
