Parent Advisory Council

Parent Advisory Council Michigan State University Parent Advisory Council is in place to support Student Advisory Council UB leaders. The meeting lasts from 10:00am-11:30am.

All Upward Bound parents are encouraged to attend the monthly Parent Advisory Council. Each month, the group engages in important discussions such as: Navigating through the LSD System, ACT Prep, Scholarships/Financial Aid, Parent “Rap” Sessions, Parent Workshops, and Fundraising. The Parent Advisory Council meets the 3rd Saturday of every month at The Foster Community Center. Upward bound parents

should make it their priority to attend. This is an excellent chance to meet other parents and share experiences.

Trip Itinerary:
• Pick up and return location: Steak-n-Shake parking lot on Edgewood Blvd in South Lansing
• Arrive by: 8:45 AM at the latest
• Departure at 9:00 AM | Return at 4:00 PM

Just a friendly reminder we have SAC and PAC Taco day tomorrow at North Elementary. We will be serving lunch from 11:30-1:30.

Ms. Jackie will be at the Tim Horton's at 3500 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd today from 5:00 to 6:00 PM if you want to pick up some FAZOLI's tickets. You can also purchase tickets from the Upward Bound office. All you can eat for $8.00!!!

All proceeds go to the PAC Scholarship Fund.
