The overall role of the Compliance Manager is to keep the retirement plans that we administer within guidelines and in accordance with IRS and Department of Labor regulations.

Ideal candidate is:
• Recent JD graduate and admitted to the bar
• Interested in and understanding of ERISA and Tax Law
• Enjoys Research
• Possesses excellent writing ability
• Confident in formulating an opinion on matters
• Enjoys working individually and in a team environment
• Added plus if undergraduate degree is in Accounting and/or Finance
• CPA or Paralegal with 2-3 years of ERISA and Tax Law experience
