What are you going to do differently this week?

At some point, you have to make a decision, put a plan together, and follow through.

And if you're leading others, remember that people are watching what you do more than what you say.

You don't have to accomplish everything this week.

Just make sure you're moving in the right direction.

Don't give up on what you're trying to accomplish.
