HELP WANTED – FACILITIES MANAGER
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Facilities Manager to help maintain our banquet facility and grounds. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing minor maintenance and repair issues as they arise
- Changing light bulbs and maintaining proper lighting throughout the facility
- Mowing lawns and assisting with general grounds maintenance
- Watering plants twice daily
- Light cleaning and restocking of supplies
- Driving company van to pick up supplies and materials as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and lighting in the beer garden and outdoor areas
- Assisting during events as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining paper goods and linen inventory
- Helping set up banquet rooms and event spaces
- Keeping loading dock, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe
- Performing general facility upkeep and supporting the operations team as needed
Qualifications:
- General handyman and maintenance skills
- Ability to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to support facility operations and events
