Meet Kattie Becht - our Employee Benefits & life Producer! 🌟 As Rick Kochert's daughter, she grew up around our Lanesville office, spending snow days and school breaks- sledding, watching movies, and learning firsthand what it means to serve your community from a very young age.
Kattie graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a degree in Healthcare Administration. She worked 2 years while obtaining her masters degree before officially joining the team in 2017. ❤
She has actively been involved in the community- coaching both Lanesville High School and Union Club volleyball.
She married her husband, Joe, in 2022, spent time living in Costa Rica supporting his career with Samtec, and are now raising their two daughters here in Southern Indiana.
When Kattie is not helping clients navigate employee benefits and life insurance, you'll likely find her cheering on her nieces at their sporting events, attending IU games, or simply enjoying life as a mom with her beautiful girls.
We're proud to have another generation of the Kochert family continuing our commitment to serve local families and businesses.

Meet Justin Marshall- our Personal & Commercial Lines Producer! If Justin looks familiar, there's a good reason. He's a lifelong Southern Indiana local - and he's also the son-in-law of our agency owner, Rick Kochert.
Justin attended Providence High School, but his story with the Kochert family began even earlier. He met his wife, Maggie - Rick's oldest daughter- in the 5th grade! ❤ They dated throughout high school and college and have now been married for 13 years!
After graduating from Indiana University, Justin worked in the manufacturing industry before being approached about a career in insurance and became a licensed producer in February 2013. He has been helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters ever since.
Maggie, too, serves the community as a speech therapist for local schools.
Justin & Maggie are proud to raise their two daughters right here in the community they grew up in. You'll find him spending plenty of time at the girls' sporting events, cheering on IU football, or firing up the grill with family and friends. 🏈
One of the things we love most about being a local agency is that our team isn't just working in Southern Indiana - we're raising our families here, supporting our schools here, and calling this community home.
He may have married into the family... but after all these years, we think we'll keep him. 👏🤣
