I am sincerely grateful to Insurance Agents of Tampa Bay (IATB) for the graciousness they have shown me as I grow into an independent insurance agency.

The relationships this community has helped me build—with territory marketing reps, underwriters, and carrier leadership—have made a meaningful difference. Those connections are what turn a quote into a bound policy, and they are what allow us to advocate for clients when a file needs extra care.

This week was a reminder of why that work matters. Two clients and their realtors were facing a similar challenge: a roof that did not pass inspection. We were able to get coverage bound and give the buyers time to replace the roof after closing. That outcome was not about “getting the sale.” It was about relationships, trust, and showing up with real value when the transaction was at risk.

I do not take those partnerships for granted. IATB has been an important part of my growth, and I am thankful for the people who have invested in this industry and in one another.
