Hello Everyone and Happy Friday!!
We just want to make a quick post regarding collateral returns. As a bond company, we cannot release collateral back to clients until we receive the official cancellation of bond (bond discharge) directly from the clerk of court. This sometimes will take up to 21days after a case is closed. It sucks but we all have to be patient with the court system and the way it works. Thank you for your understanding.

Do not solely count on your mail carrier to deliver your court notices. We recommend signing up for enotify or check on your county's clerk of court's website. Of course you can always call us to double check your court dates.
