Edward Jones: Financial Advisor - Daniel Hair

Edward Jones: Financial Advisor - Daniel Hair I joined Edward Jones in 2025 to help people reach their financial and life goals. As an Eagle Scout, I value preparedness, trust, and service.

I’m committed to engaging deeply in our community and being a trusted local resource. I joined Edward Jones in 2025 with a clear purpose: to help individuals, families, and businesses make confident decisions that support both their financial goals and their life goals. My passion has always been serving people, and I’m motivated every day by the opportunity to assist clients as they plan for what

matters most. I earned my degree in secondary education from Millersville University, where I developed a deep appreciation for clear communication, teaching, and empowering others. These skills continue to shape how I guide clients—making sure they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their financial journey. Before becoming a financial advisor, I worked for Scouting America, Montana Council, as both a membership recruiter and fundraiser. That experience strengthened my commitment to community service and helped me grow as a relationship-builder and strategic planner. As an Eagle Scout, the values of preparedness, trust, and helping others are central to who I am. Those same values guide my work today as I partner with clients to create personalized strategies for the future. I am committed to becoming deeply engaged in our local community and look forward to building meaningful connections. My goal is to be more than just a financial advisor—I want to be a trusted resource, an active neighbor, and someone who contributes positively to our community.

"Deeds will not be less valiant because they are unpraised." - Aragorn

Don't let the praise of others be your motivation.

Do the right thing because it's the right thing.

Whether anyone else notices or not, one person always will:

YOU.

Most people know when their last physical was, but do you know the date of your last financial check-up?

Life changes. Careers change. Families change. Goals change.

Has your financial plan changed with them?

If you can't remember the last time you reviewed your financial plan, that's probably your answer.

Business Owners, Founders, and 1099 Contractors!

You've built a business, but have you built a retirement plan?

(Cue the black-and-white infomercial.)

Does your current retirement plan consist of:
• Selling the business
• Winning the lottery
• Working forever
• "I should probably look into that"

Then look no further!

(Color activates.)

There are retirement planning opportunities available that many business owners haven't explored.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!

I can help you understand the retirement planning options available for you and your business.

Your comfort zone has excellent marketing.

The status quo can be a powerful barrier.

Not because it's the best option, but because it's familiar.

Nobody enjoys stepping outside their comfort zone, but that's where a lot of growth happens.

Making the phone call you've been putting off.

Acknowledging the bad habit.

Finally making the important financial decision.

None of them are easy.

But growth often begins when our desire for something better becomes stronger than our desire to stay comfortable.

Future you is counting on the decisions current you makes today.

Higher Treasury yields weighed on equities last week, renewing concerns about whether the economy and markets can withstand elevated rates. Despite the potential for seasonal volatility, resilient economic activity and strong corporate earnings support a constructive backdrop for equities.

Investment Strategist Brock Weimer explains what’s behind the move higher in long-term yields in the latest Weekly Market Wrap.

Retirement planning is like getting off a highway before it ends.

The longer you wait, the fewer options you have.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is convincing themselves they've already missed their exit, so there's no point planning at all.

Whether you're just getting started or feel like you're behind, it's better to plan from where you are than regret where you aren't.

Because unlike money, time is the one resource you can never earn back.

Motivation gets far too much credit.

I've been going to the gym long enough to learn that most people don't feel like showing up every day. I certainly don't.

Some days you're energized.

Some days you'd rather be doing literally anything else.

The funny thing is that progress doesn't care how motivated you felt.

It only cares whether you showed up.

Whether it's lifting weights, balancing a budget, building a relationship, or chasing a goal, the people who succeed are usually the ones who keep showing up after motivation is gone.

If motivation was the only thing that mattered, we'd all be rocking six packs.
