This was our final closing for 2025 and was an all-out team effort (including our borrowers) to get to the finish line on time. Thankful to have been part of this and very thankful to our past client for referring Jeff and Brenda to us!!!

We were about to be homeless after 12 years renting from the same landlord. The landlord wanted to demo and reconstruct. He gave us a 90 day notice to vacate in October. So we reached to Melinda Trent after being referred. Melinda Trent got us a home in less then 90 days so we were not homeless. Team Trent performed there magic and shined a light on us when we were in a dark place. Now we have a beautiful home that we can definitely afford and no longer have to rent. In my eyes Melinda was an angel!
