A few insurance wins from this week 👏

Today, I met with a wonderful couple at their home who had been with Goodville Mutual for quite some time (10+ years). After reviewing everything, I was able to save them about $1,200 per year on their auto and home insurance while also improving their coverage across the board.

Another customer I worked with had been with Allstate for about six years and was paying around $1,300 every six months for auto insurance. I was able to get their auto down to about $541 every six months, while also improving their homeowners coverage and saving them roughly another $700 per year there.

And those are just two examples.

In the past 7 days, I’ve helped 17 households save money, improve their coverage, and make sure they’re with a carrier they can feel confident in.

One thing I remind people all the time: loyalty does not always equal the best rate. Insurance pricing changes constantly, and sometimes staying with the same company for years can mean missing out on better options.

💙💛 What an incredible day supporting GiGi’s Playhouse Lancaster!

Last weekend, AAA Cares for Kynleigh had 26 amazing people come out for the GiGi’s 5K – Dash for Down Syndrome! The weather definitely didn’t cooperate with us, but that didn’t stop our team from showing up, supporting Kynleigh, and being part of such a meaningful event.

GiGi’s Playhouse Lancaster provides educational, therapeutic, social, and career-development programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Their mission goes far beyond one event — it’s about creating a community where individuals with Down syndrome are accepted, supported, encouraged, and given opportunities to reach their full potential. 💙💛

This cause is especially close to my heart because of Kynleigh and her family. After getting to know them, I’ve been able to see just how important organizations like GiGi’s are and the impact they can have on families right here in our community.

That’s why I’m so proud to continue supporting this event and to bring together our AAA Cares for Kynleigh team each year.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us, walked, ran, supported, donated, cheered us on, or helped make the day special. Even with the not-so-perfect weather, we still had an amazing turnout and an even better group of people. ❤️

Last year, I had the privilege of participating in and sponsoring this event in support of one of my customers’ amazing daughters, Kynleigh. Through her family, I’ve been able to see firsthand just how much GiGi’s Playhouse does for children, adults, families, and our community. Their programs and services are completely free, and they create such an incredible environment of acceptance, confidence, encouragement, and love.

One of the most rewarding parts of Kylee’s Garden of Giving is getting to see where the harvest goes after it leaves the garden. 💚🌱

Seeing cucumbers, tomatoes, and zucchini that we grew turned into fresh meals for Columbia Meals on Wheels makes every hour spent planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting completely worth it.

This garden was started with one simple goal: grow what we can and give what we can. Knowing that our produce is helping provide fresh food to members of our local community is exactly why this project means so much to me.

A huge thank you to Columbia Meals on Wheels for putting these donations to such good use—and for sharing these photos! I absolutely love seeing the garden come full circle. 🥒🍅💚

Here’s to many more harvests and many more meals! 🌿

This is exactly why I always tell people: shop your insurance.

I’m currently working with a household that has been with State Farm for more than 20 years. They were paying about $5,800 per year for their auto insurance alone.

I’m writing the same household at about $3,400 per year — a savings of roughly $2,400 annually on auto insurance — and I’m also saving them money on their homeowners insurance.

🐾 Doggy Day Out Volunteers Needed! 🐾

Our next Doggy Day Out event with the Pet Pantry of Lancaster County will be held on Tuesday, August 18 at 9:00 a.m.

We are currently looking for four more volunteers to join us! We’ll have the opportunity to spend time with the shelter dogs, provide exercise and enrichment, and give them some extra love and attention outside of their normal routine.

These events are always such a rewarding way to support the Pet Pantry and make a shelter dog’s day a little brighter. If you are available and would like to participate, please send me a message so I can get you registered and share the additional details.

🐾 Doggy Day Out was a success! 🐾

We had a great turnout this past weekend, and I truly appreciate everyone who volunteered or expressed interest in giving back to our community, Pet Pantry of Lancaster County, and its shelter dogs.
