The Shelter Insurance Foundation along with Cindy Lanham, Agent for Shelter Insurance Garrard County, awarded a $1,500 scholarship to Adelyn Grace East. Adelyn is a 2025 graduate of Garrard County High School and was chosen for this scholarship by a committee of local high school officials and community leaders. This honor is based on her scholastic achievements and community activities. Adelyn plans to attend Eastern Kentucky University in the fall.

If you have completed a safety driving course, please let us know. Shelter offers an Accident Prevention course discount on your auto policies. If you are an AARP member, a free course is available online. Watch for announcements for an in-person course.
