October is Women in Business Month, and we would like to celebrate some of the incredible women who help lead the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce!

We are fortunate to have a strong and dedicated Board of Directors, with 9 women currently serving on our 13-member board. These women bring their experience, ideas, leadership, and passion for our community to the table each month while also balancing their own careers, businesses, families, and community involvement.

Their perspectives help guide the work of the Chamber and strengthen the connection between our local businesses and community.

So excited to be a part of this every year to help educate students about careers in insurance!

🔍 Lancaster High School's annual Career Exploration Day will be held next Tuesday, Oct. 13.

🤝 Our Flying Arrows will have a chance to visit with representatives of more than 20 local businesses at our Career Fair, including Amcor, InsightFS, State Farm Insurance, Southwest Tech and UW-Platteville. Leadership activities and demonstrations will be offered as well.

🗺 New this year, our Seniors will be touring local businesses in the afternoon to visit with and learn from business leaders.

🙌 We are excited to offer these great opportunities to our students at LHS!
