‼️To my real estate friends - Seeing lots of folks shop the insurance market themselves online for new home purchases 😱.

They are getting high prices that are causing DTI issues, false quotes - this is where the carrier will give them a price but not take into account any underwriting qualifications so when the client goes to get the policy they are told it doesn't qualify, BAD coverage, and more than anything else they are confused and frustrated!

It doesn't have to be that way - find a good, local insurance contact to add to your network and refer them to add value to your complete home buying process! We care about your client and want to get them to the closing table with a great policy at a great price, stress free!! 💪💪
