Mortgage pricing just HALTED. 🚨

If you’re a Realtor with buyers actively shopping today, this is why staying connected with your loan officer matters.

We saw deterioration in the bond market, which triggered a temporary halt while updated mortgage pricing is released. That doesn’t automatically mean we know exactly how much rates changed yet, but it DOES mean the numbers from this morning may not be the numbers we’re working with this afternoon.
