🤯🤯🤯🤯It's a bit crazy these days with everyone taking advantage of refinancing at current rates! Great time to look at lowering your monthly payment or snagging some cash from your equity.

DOUBLE HERO ALERT: James teaches art (ceramics) and Atiera is a health coach, making them our first superhero duo! They took advantage of the current home values and interest rates to get rid of their mortgage insurance. The boss man, Ryan Spreen, was generous enough to kick in $1,095 to help cover closing costs because of all they contribute to the community.
