My name is Ericka Quichocho (think Pikachu and then say "Ki-Cha-Choo") and I'm a Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

There's a poster hanging on the wall in my office that says "Love What You Do" and I am so blessed because I really do LOVE what I do! I was given the rare opportunity to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up. I started off as a Lead Caller with no mortgage experience whatsoever and I worked my way up to becoming the top Loan Officer Assistant in the office, then became a Loan Coordinator and eventually a Sales Manager. I've been in the mortgage industry for 10+ years and I’ve been a licensed Loan Officer at Fairway for going on 6 years now and I couldn't have picked a better company to work for! The mortgage industry can be challenging. Rules and guidelines are ever changing but I'm always looking for ways to improve my product knowledge and stay up to date with current guidelines. I take the time to educate my clients to ensure that they understand things well enough to make informed decisions. I teach monthly home buyer education classes and I also specialize in Rehab/Renovation Loans.
