Open Enrollment season underway and cant believe some of the ridiculous employee benefits some of the brokers are ramming down the throats of business owners. Business owners as crazy as this sounds the more you spend the more expensive the product does not equate to happy employees! (obviously depending on the demographic and depending on the situation it may be necessary) but always know there are so many products out there that sometime will suit your employees better and maybe just maybe that is right you can save money! DO NOT let your broker of yesteryear convince you that it is his way or the big ACA monster will swallow you up alive. IT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE! after many successful encounters and always researching the new and innovative products on the market we were able to customize solutions with in mind. Thought I would throw this out there as it is so bothersome! Business owners stop being so trusting in what you are being sold by your broker! there are so many different win win situations for the Employers and their wonderful employees.
