📢Attention California Drivers - New road rules in 2026! 🚗

January 1, 2026 brought several new laws aimed at improving safety and accountability on our roads. These changes could impact how you drive and what you need to know behind the wheel. 👇

Some of these new laws include:
✅Stricter DUI Penalties — Probation for vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated is increasing and an ignition interlock device program is extending.
✅Expanded “Slow Down, Move Over” Rules — You must now slow or change lanes for any stopped vehicle with hazard lights.
✅Automated Camera Enforcement — Local governments can use alternative camera programs to enforce red light violations.
✅License Plate Laws — It’s now a fineable offense to use products that obscure your license plate.
