These 3 things are sometimes covered by your homeowner's insurance, as long as they are a result of an event, and not deemed lack of maintenance:

➡️ Mold damage, if caused by an event like a burst pipe

➡️ Roof Leak, if caused by a storm or hail

➡️ Water Damage, if caused by an event like a burst pipe or failed washing machine hose
