⚡Update⚡

Our physical office is still closed. However, our team is working remote and taking your messages. It appears some of our equipment was ruined and we are working to replace it.

We fielded a ton of messages yesterday of heavy damage to homes and vehicles. If you have damage and need to report a claim, please call 1-800-732-5246 or leave us a message and we will get back to you soon.

We are thankful that technology gives us the means to adapt quickly and continue to serve our customers. We kindly ask that you do not go to our office location as everyone is remote so that they can assist our customers.

Today is a bittersweet day. Today is Kylie's last day in our office🥲

Kylie started here as a high school intern with the Crown Point High School internship program. In short, she was late to sign up for an internship and somehow landed here. Fast forward, she ended up enjoying working here so much, she stayed with us for 3 years working full time.

I have always encouraged my team to pursue what drives and motivates them. Kylie came to me a few months ago with an idea. She wanted to open up her own nail business. After years of seeing Kylie's impressive skills in doing her own nails, I knew she would excel at that and that her time here would be limited. Although I am selfishly sad, I am very excited to see her succeed in this new journey and take risk in pursuing something that brings her joy.

Kylie is the coffee bean in our office. Every day she opens the door, she greets our team with abundance of energy with a big smile saying, "Happy Thursday!" Kylie has been the ultimate team player since day one.

Help us congratulate Kylie in taking a new step and embarking on her own new journey! I know she is going crush it. We are your biggest fan, Kylie!
