Today is a bittersweet day. Today is Kylie's last day in our office🥲

Kylie started here as a high school intern with the Crown Point High School internship program. In short, she was late to sign up for an internship and somehow landed here. Fast forward, she ended up enjoying working here so much, she stayed with us for 3 years working full time.

I have always encouraged my team to pursue what drives and motivates them. Kylie came to me a few months ago with an idea. She wanted to open up her own nail business. After years of seeing Kylie's impressive skills in doing her own nails, I knew she would excel at that and that her time here would be limited. Although I am selfishly sad, I am very excited to see her succeed in this new journey and take risk in pursuing something that brings her joy.

Kylie is the coffee bean in our office. Every day she opens the door, she greets our team with abundance of energy with a big smile saying, "Happy Thursday!" Kylie has been the ultimate team player since day one.

Help us congratulate Kylie in taking a new step and embarking on her own new journey! I know she is going crush it. We are your biggest fan, Kylie!

One of the greatest joys of being a part of a team is watching your team succeed in the areas of life that matter most. This month has been truly special for us!

Last week, Haven and her husband welcomed a second beautiful baby boy into the world — congratulations to the Cook family on their newest addition!

Just a few days later, the whole team traveled down to Kentucky to celebrate a very special day: Lucas tied the knot on his family farm! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Green!

And we couldn’t forget to celebrate Kylie’s milestone 21st birthday — cheers to you, Kylie!

It is hard not be proud of these amazing individuals. Blessed to work with amazing people!

Throwing it back on this Thursday to Jordy's first day in the office! 🐶

Jordy quickly became a customer favorite and now customers are upset if he is not here. 😂 When he is here, he enjoys greeting people at the door with excessive excitement, getting scratches, and sitting at your side while you take care of your policy needs.

Jordy now enjoys going on walks with his four humans, watching movies to alert us when there are animals on the screen, and laying under highchairs looking for food scraps from babies/toddlers.

It's Freaky Friday! 🤖😜

When we weren't busy servicing our customers this week, we spent a few moments chatting about AI and robotics. We have all seen the recent advancements in AI everywhere we turn. Within a year, some companies are saying they will begin sales of robots to perform simple household tasks for you 😮
