-Operational Shifts: The company has transitioned toward more centralized service models, which some agents feel undermines the traditional agent-client relationship and devalues the local agent's role.
-Performance Pressure: Agents have reported increased pressure to meet high sales quotas for specific products, sometimes at the expense of overall business stability.
California Market Exit: Farmers' decision to scale back new business in specific markets like California and Florida has left many local agents with limited options for growth and revenue [3].
While some agents continue to report a positive partnership with the company, these systemic changes have led to formal complaints and a decline in agent morale within certain segments of the organization.

Conger Insurance Agency has always functioned from a point of service since 1983 and that will never change. Unfortunately FARMERS INS company no longer values agencies that work from a point of service and are doing their best to crush service agencies in order to drive a performance based sales agencies only.
