I often see so many people cringe when I tell them I can get them coverage with The California Fair Plan.
I empathize and understand the stigma of the carrier that can sometimes be quite costly. But I'm here to tell you the advantages of California Fair Plan.
In California we are seeing High Wildfire risk areas increasing across the State.
Many carriers are shying away from writing these risks or pulling out of California all together.
I feel blessed that in a time where we all need insurance for our homes, that we have an option for fire coverage for those high fire risks, the unique homes, the homes that are in dense forested areas, homes that have different occupancies such as rentals, short-term rentals or seasonal homes.
