New episode of Real Estate is Local is live on YouTube! This week I chat with Jennifer Driggers, real estate expert covering the Savannah and Hinesville area.

Before jumping into real estate, Jennifer spent several years as a high school business teacher. She used to tell her students "life is business," which perfectly explains why she is so outstanding at guiding first-time buyers through every step of the process.

The best part was hearing how she and her husband went from living paycheck to paycheck to building 6 rental properties over 15 years. She straight up said she thought he was insane when he wanted to buy their first rental for $25k. Now they've used the equity from those properties to buy a place in Port Charlotte.
