I went to see this one in person last Saturday. A really well done master suite with a great walk in shower (I have a soft spot for subway tile), tons of yard space aaaaaand PARKING! Not many homes in this price range can legit park 6 cars, or maybe 4 and a trailer/boat. Right off Combee in Lakeland this is going to be a good find for someone.
