Today, two members of our team proudly represented GFI at a high-impact training event designed for insurance professionals who are serious about growth and leadership.

🧠 Austin Shaw attended two standout sessions:

“Emotional Intelligence in Sales” — diving into how empathy and connection can elevate the client experience.

“The Sweet Side of AI” — exploring real-world tools that help us serve smarter, faster, and more personally.

💼 Meanwhile, Matt Raspopovich, GFI’s VP, spent the day connecting with other agency leaders, making new friends, and soaking in fresh ideas to continue leveling up how we run and grow our agency.

We’re not just here to write policies. We’re here to keep learning, improving, and building something that lasts. 💪

🌺 GFI is back!

We had a blast at the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce Business Luau a couple of weeks ago hosted by Citizens Bank & Trust in downtown Lakeland — great food, local businesses, music, Hawaiian shirts, and even better people.
