Marketplace Open Enrollment starts November 1. On HealthCare.gov, enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1, and you have until January 15 to pick a plan. State-run marketplaces can have different dates, so check yours.

Plans and prices can change from year to year, so a quick review now beats a surprise later.
