Did you set a New Year's resolution? I personally am overwhelmed by the number of ideas of healthy habits I'd like to set for 2024. These are some considerations I'm making to help myself feel encouraged:

I am setting specific goals that I can track.
I am not taking on more than I can handle.
I will allow myself grace after setbacks.
I will celebrate small victories along the way.
