“Making Dreams Come To Life”
This week we have finished one of the best investments yet!
In Late December, we entered into an agreement to design and open a bakery / kitchen in an up in coming area of West Palm Beach. The bakery / kitchen will house several local venders and provide them with state of the art equipment and amenities to produce some of the best gourmet items you can find in South Florida.
The process moved very quickly once we received the State of Florida Department of Agriculture’s approval of our design and conceptual layout.
All of the improvements are complete and all of the equipment is in place, yes within 30 days. Having the ability to self fund the project removed one of the greatest obstacle most businesses encounter. Not to add, having a network of some of the best craftsman in Palm Beach County.
We are in the final process of completing the necessary inspections to obtain all of our licenses and state certifications.
Once we have obtained our licenses and certifications next week, we will be announcing the local vendors that have been selected to utilize this awesome bakery / kitchen.
Once we are fully functional, we will be listing the venders and craftsmen that assisted with making this project a huge success, as we still are utilizing some that we don’t want to leave out!

The past ten days have been extremely successful for the future growth of our business.
Last year we expanded our business into Mississippi purchasing liens and deeds. Part of that expansion, we identified the need for a computerized evaluation process in order to evaluate 100s of properties in a very short period of time and collecting that data electronically. We developed an app to do just that. Last month, we tested and improved the app in the field while evaluating over 350 properties in less than 4 days. The app allowed us to establish our priorities and submit our pre-bids within seconds of the opening of the auction, actually being the third out of hundreds registered to bid. The reason this is so important , the bid program assigns the winning bid In case of a tie to the first bidder that entered that amount. Being third, we were able to win a good amount of our bids based on our pre bid amounts. An additional feature of the app was having the ability to look up property pictures and data during the live auction to help establish our maximum bid.
Our goal this year was to double what we purchased last year, which was 16. We actually exceeded that by purchasing 37 and staying within our budget.

What a great day today here in Mississippi. We are using the app that was developed to rapidly evaluate properties in the field. It is working awesome! Here is an example of it being tested. We have evaluated over 100 properties today.
