The annual Movers for Mutts® campaign is in full swing, and we need your help to make a difference for pets in need! 🐶🐱

Now through November 5th, we’re collecting donations from Save-A-Mutt’s wish list to help local animals stay happy, healthy, and cared for.

Yesterday morning I was behind this WM truck that had its load “tarped” to protect others on the road from debris that could possibly fall out. Far too many times I find myself behind a large truck that doesn’t do this even when the dang tarp is attached to the truck and is simple to operate!

It’s a big week here in The ‘Ville as we are getting ready to celebrate our 10TH ANNIVERSARY! Our actual anniversary is July 2, but we’ll be celebrating this crazy adventure we’ve been on this whole week. Here’s some of what you can expect each day:

PSA- Landlords, for your protection REQUIRE your tenants carry renters insurance naming you as an additional insured! I talk to landlords and their insurance agent have never spoken to them about the importance of a tenant carrying a renters policy and how much it protects YOU!

AGENTS- be better at explaining to your landlord clients how to protect themselves in this way.
