Tonight the Lions Club of Lake Placid, NY awarded Sam Ferrari in our Lake Placid office as the Lion of the Year! We are so proud of her for her love and dedication to her community! 🦁🥰

Today was a bittersweet day at our Lake Placid office. Although we are sad to lose our favorite UPS driver ever, we are SO happy for his retirement!

A huge THANK YOU to Sean Faville for years of not only delivering our UPS packages, but for the constant laughs, side ways conversations, and endless games of tiki toss! 📦

We wish you the VERY best!! 🙌🏼🥳

Kelly here….. March is Women’s History Month and it also marks 15 years since I opened the agency. I wrote our very first policy on March 1st, 2011 and what an incredible journey it has been year after year.

When asked what advice I would give to women aspiring to lead in this industry, my response remains consistent: They already are.

I have the privilege of working alongside 17 incredibly intelligent, hardworking, and capable women. They run this agency, care for our clients, solve problems, and ensure everything operates smoothly every day.

What truly defines them is their professionalism and dedication. They excel in their roles while balancing the responsibilities of being moms, wives, daughters, friends, volunteers, and community members. I deeply appreciate the weight they carry both inside and outside the office.

People often inquire if having a team of all women was a deliberate choice. The answer is no; it naturally evolved as we fostered a culture of dedicated individuals who are passionate about their work. They trust me with their careers and livelihoods, and I trust them to run the heck out of this business.

I am grateful for this incredible team beside me. These women are not just part of the agency's story; they are the reason it thrives.

January is an important month and we’re giving a big shout-out to Jess, Wendy, and Alexis from our Tupper Lake office as they celebrate their third work anniversary with Blue Line Insurance Agency! 🎉

These three don’t just share an anniversary month, they share incredible chemistry, camaraderie, and a work ethic that shows up every single day. From taking care of customers across all of our offices to being leaders in their own unique ways, they are dedicated to their careers, their clients, and each other.

Fun fact: they’re also known for keeping things light with games, jokes, and plenty of laughter! Total proof that you can work hard and have fun doing it.

They are loyal, loved, and such an important part of the Blue Line family. We couldn’t be more thankful to have them on our team.
