Meet Karen, our Escrow Officer at AdvaTitle’s Osage Beach office!
With over 30 years of experience, Karen is known for keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring each closing reaches the finish line. Her steady, hands-on approach makes her a reliable resource for both clients and agents throughout the closing process. She thrives on closings and enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes with getting a deal completed.
Favorite Drink: Ice water and red wine
Favorite Food: Steak or Mexican
Favorite Vacation Spot: Mountains or East Coast destinations
When she’s not working, Karen enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and relaxing at home, often with her cat nearby.
Fun Fact: Karen has quite the adventurous past, she once backpacked through Europe, staying everywhere from a circus tent in Germany to a nunnery in France, and even watched Bastille Day
festivities from an apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower. She’s also gotten lost exploring Malaysia on her own and (almost) became a “criminal” in Singapore for carrying chewing gum, an experience she still laughs about today.
