Life can feel heavy sometimes. Family responsibilities, work, relationships, health concerns, money worries—and struggles others may never see.

Some rooms remind you why you do what you do. This was one of them. ❤️

Last week in Chicago, I had the honor of joining Rate’s first-ever Top 100 Women Originators Ignite. A powerful room, at exactly the right time.

After 25 years in lending, I’m still energized by learning new ways to help my clients and real estate partners. Being surrounded by women who generously shared their experience, ideas, and encouragement made this trip especially meaningful.

I came home with deeper relationships, new friendships, and fresh ideas I’m excited to put to work. Grateful for the opportunity—and for everyone who made it possible.

A little w**e, a lot of familiar faces, and so many reasons to love Lake Oswego. 🍷🍂

Saturday’s Fall W**e Walk was one of those afternoons you wish lasted a little longer. Perfect weather, everyone in good spirits, and a chance to step inside local businesses I hadn’t explored before—all while running into friends along the way.

Thank you to the businesses and organizers who made it such a fun, welcoming day. My list of places to revisit is officially longer! ❤️

It’s never easy to step away from my business, my family and the responsibilities waiting for me at home—but when a conference is this meaningful, it becomes time exceptionally well spent.

I’m returning with valuable insights, fresh perspective and so many great nuggets I’m excited to put into action. Even more meaningful was the opportunity to reconnect with longtime friends and colleagues while forming new friendships I won’t soon forget.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections and the reminder that growth often begins when we make space to learn from one another. My cup—and my notebook—are full.

Education creates opportunity—and this is what coming full circle looks like. 🏡

I was honored to teach an AREAA first-time homebuyer class focused on helping Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander families build knowledge, confidence and a path toward homeownership.

Now, I’m looking forward to celebrating at the upcoming AREAA Gala, where I’ll have the incredible privilege of presenting a $10,000 down payment grant to a family selected from the financial wellness class I helped teach.

This is why these events—and this organization—matter. Education opens doors, advocacy creates access, and together, we can help turn the dream of homeownership into reality. ❤️
