Meanwhile, back on the Western side of the the Cascades... Success! We got our 2nd short term rental up and running last night. Woke up this morning to pleasantly find it booked through March 2nd! Boom!
Huge shoutout to .hubb and his training. and I went before everything shut down earlier this year. Man, we are very grateful we did! Tim helped step us through the fear of the unknown (previously only having experience in long term rentals). Since then, we now have 2 short term rentals up and going and also have “Superhost” status on Airbnb. Not to mention the short term rentals are yielding about a 50% higher return than if we left these units as long term rentals. Exciting!
We would not have done this as quickly nor had the traction with short term rentals had we not gone to the weekend training. If you’re considering short term rentals in the future, do yourself a favor and check it out!
