One less bill for spring buyers.

Right now buyers can receive a full credit covering their appraisal cost at closing on eligible purchase loans.

Appraisals usually run around $600–$800+.

A few details:
• Conventional + government loans
• Purchase transactions
• Loans must be locked between March 10 – April 30
• Not available for jumbo or non-QM loans
