I know all you kick ass realtors aren’t trying to be a mortgage expert, but your buyers hear a LOT of advice throughout the homebuying process, and some of the most common mortgage “rules” are way more nuanced than they sound.

There is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer. That's why having a lender you can call before giving your buyer an answer (AKA ME) can make your life a whole lot easier. ;)
