In 2001, millions gathered in Detroit to see these tall ships. Now, they are coming back to Detroit's Riverwalk.

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – An Oakland County woman was “frozen in her seat” after she scratched her lottery ticket in a Kroger parking lot and discovered she won $4 million. The 77-year-old, who decided to stay anonymous, bought her winning Electric 300s ticket at the Kroger store at 670 Highland Avenue in Milford.

The 77-year-old Oakland County woman and her husband haven't told anyone else about the big win yet.
