I am super pumped. I had lunch with and reconnected with an old college buddy today. That was amazing by itself. On top of that we talked about tons of real estate ideas and even about the Infinite Banking Concept.

If that wasn't good enough...He purchased a copy of Becoming Your Own Banker from me for $20. That marks the FIRST one of these books I've SOLD. I've given a lot away in the past, but that has only drained my pockets and it hasn't gotten anyone else to get started with IBC. It wasn't helping anyone.

Now that I understand people are more likely to read/go after something if they have some skin in the game, I am so excited to see how quickly he reads the book and gets his family started with this great concept. Time will tell. :)
